What we collect
When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, school or district, role, areas of interest, and any message you provide. We do not collect student data through this website.
How we use it
We use inquiry information only to respond to you and, if you request it, to follow up about our services. We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data security
Inquiry information is stored with access controls and is used only by the Aspire360 team.
Retention
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to respond and maintain the relationship, and delete them on request.
Education Law 2-d
When Aspire360 Learning Partners contracts with a school district, we comply with New York Education Law 2-d, cooperate with each district's Data Privacy and Security Agreement, and are committed to working with aggregate and adult records rather than student personally identifiable information wherever possible.
