From the District Office to Your Team

Your district adopted Portrait of a Graduate, but classroom instruction hasn't actually changed.

As Assistant Superintendent, I led this exact transition — not as a consultant advising from the outside, but as the administrator responsible for rewriting curriculum, retraining teachers, and building assessments that measure demonstrated proficiency instead of recall.

Teachers are drowning in disconnected initiatives with no coherent throughline.

I sat in the district office juggling competing mandates. I build K-12 curriculum frameworks that connect the dots — so teachers stop experiencing every new initiative as “one more thing” and start seeing a coherent system.

You need grant funding but don't have a dedicated grant writer on staff.

I secured multiple state and federal grants as a sitting administrator. I know what reviewers look for because I've written and won them — and I can train your team to sustain that capacity after I'm gone.

From the District Office to Your Team

A student is in crisis and your team isn't equipped to respond.

I've led crisis response inside real schools — not after reading a manual, but in the moments that matter. I help you build the protocols and train the teams before the crisis arrives, so no one is improvising when a student needs them most.

SEL is a buzzword on your walls, not a system in your schedule.

I built districtwide wellness initiatives from the ground up — moving from posters and assemblies to tiered, measurable SEL systems actually embedded in the school day, with the data to show they're working.

Your most vulnerable students are falling through the cracks of a generic support model.

As a school social worker and LCSW in private practice, I've counseled the students nobody else could reach. I design MTSS and counseling structures that catch them early — and train your staff to sustain that safety net.

A Letter from the Founders

Dear School and District Leader,

We started Aspire360 Learning Partners for one simple reason: we've sat in your seat. Before we were consultants, we were your colleagues.

Together, we bring more than 60 years of experience serving New York schools and districts — as teachers, building leaders, central office administrators, and mental health practitioners. We have led curriculum redesigns, launched Portrait of a Graduate initiatives, managed federal and state grants, and built the student support systems that schools rely on every day.

Along the way, we've seen the same pattern repeat itself. Schools and districts invest in promising programs that generate excitement for a year or two, only to see the momentum fade once the consultant leaves or the next initiative takes priority.

We believe schools and districts deserve better.

They deserve partners who focus on building lasting capacity — strengthening leadership, developing systems, and creating practices that continue to grow long after our work together is complete.

That's why we created Aspire360 Learning Partners. We are not here to deliver a program and walk away. We are here to work alongside your team, share what we've learned through decades of experience, and help build the internal capacity that leads to lasting success.

If you're looking for a trusted partner who understands the realities of leading schools and is committed to helping your school or district achieve its vision, we would be honored to learn about your school or district, hear where you're headed, and explore how Aspire360 Learning Partners can support your journey.

Warmly,

Cari Lubliner & Dina Reilly
